Puppy Deposit Terms
Reservation Deposit
A $500 non-refundable is required to reserve a place on the waitlist for a planned Howard Hills Farm litter. The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.
Planned Litters
Breeding dates, expected birth dates, and go-home dates are estimates and may change. A reservation does not guarantee that a breeding will result in pregnancy or that a particular number of puppies will be born.
Puppy Availability
A deposit reserves your position on the waitlist and does not guarantee a specific puppy, sex, color, markings, coat type, adult size, or other characteristic. Puppy availability will depend upon the puppies produced in the selected litter.
If a Puppy is Not Available
If the planned breeding does not result in a litter, or there is not a puppy available for your reservation position, your deposit may be transferred to another available or future Howard Hills Farm litter.
Changing Your Reservation
Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer changes their mind or decides not to purchase a puppy. Any transfer to a different litter is subject to approval by Howard Hills Farm.
Agreement
By checking the Terms & Conditions box and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to these Puppy Deposit Terms.
