Are you comfortable with the dog being away from your home for periods of time when needed for breeding and/or whelping?*

I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee placement in the Howard Hills Farm Guardian Home program and that, if selected, I will be required to review and sign a Guardian Home Agreement.*
